Metrolina Aids Project (MAP) Sprint Triathlon

Charlotte, NC


Saturday morning dawned clear and crisp - 36 degrees at start time. Thankfully, we would kick off the 2005 Triathlon season with a 500 yard pool swim. By the time we made it out to T1 the temperatures were in the 50s for the 10 mile bike and warmed up even more for the finishing 5K run. A good time was had by all, with plenty of representation from both MTC and CMPD.

We'll see if those new swimming skills pay off in just a few minutes!
