McMullen Creek Greenway run 3-26-05

We needed to get Jon's first 8 miler in as he builds his base. We also had runners who needed to meet other runners. But most of all, we needed to have an excuse to go to Chick-Fil-A for breakfast without feeling guilty. So we met at the entrance to the McMullen Creek Greenway (check it out on the County website at http://www.charmeck.org/Departments/Park+and+Rec/Places+To+Go/Greenways/McMullen.htm) at 0800 and found the first Saturday of Spring to be a little cool...

It was an early overcast downright chilly morning, you can't see enough detail to pick up the goose bumps.

Marc and Kim lead the way across the boardwalk. This is an interesting greenway, 4 miles out and 4 miles back.
Asphalt, fine gravel, and boardwalk. Lots of shade make this even nicer in the summer.
