On Tuesday night the local authorities blocked off the street in Downtown Albemarle,NC so the hometown folks could cheer for Kellie Pickler.

Peter Asciutto, MTC member and owner of Vac-n-Dash, the only store we know of that combines sales of vacuum cleaners, running shoes/apparel, bike repair, and UPS shipments, sells "Vote for Kellie" t-shirts at the radio booth right smack in the middle of the block party. You could watch on big screens outside or inside - all of the downtown stores opened their doors with FREE FOOD!
