I am not eloquent like so many others on this list, but I just wanted to share that I came, I saw and I DID IT!!! It was an experience of a life time that I will never forget. I met so many penguins and reconnected with some others like Peggy, Violet, and Millard to name just a few.

I haved never been able to finish a marathon in under 6 hrs. before but this one was different. I knew going in that I was better trained than every before.
Anyone who is interested in running a marathon should definitely put this one on the list. Ron said the first time is special and he was so right. I cried at the finish line because I had accomplished my goal even with my asthma kicking my butt because of the cold weather.
