Thank You to our Supporters and Sponsors
We have been blessed to
have many companies and individuals who have supported our rides in
2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011. That support has come in several
forms - services, supplies, and money. We thank you for your thoughtfulness
and generosity that allowed us to use those four days to honor those
who have made the ultimate sacrifice for the citizens we serve.
Media Coverage:
Thanks to all the media
outlets who covered our rides, providing coverage that raised the
awareness of the public during Police Week. We especially appreciate
the coverage given by WSOC-TV,
FoxNews Charlotte,
and WBTV as well as News14
Carolina who broadcast a series of reports, including on the scene
coverage from the route on Day 4 as we rode from Richmond into Washington
DC. In 2009 we added coverage from MyFox8
(WGHP) in High Point, the Randolph
Guide, and the Asheboro
Courier-Tribune.
New
Life 91.9 (WRCM) gave us a voice on the radio, they prayers and
support of their listeners always mean a great deal to us.
A special thanks to John
Hancock of WBT 1110/99.3 radio. John embraced the ride, a great
deal of our support from the community came from those who heard live
interviews with our officers on John's evening show both before and
after the ride. He is a true friend of Law Enforcement officers everywhere.

ride on the Hancock Show.
The
exposure given to our ride from Jeff Viscount on www.weeklyrides.com
brought out a lot of riders here in Charlotte. Be sure to check weeklyrides.com
not only for our ride, but for rides every week in the Charlotte area.
